Aufgaben For KWS SAAT SE & Co KGaA we are looking for a Market Researcher (m/f/d) to complete our Global Marketing and Communications team.
Your main tasks will be the generation, combination and analysis of customer, market and pricing data to provide KWS with insights for growth.
This is a permanent job which is available in full-time.
Your place of work is at our HQ in Einbeck, federal state of Lower Saxony, Germany.

Your Tasks:
  • Track the KWS Customer Experience: Understand customer journey and analyze conversion effects e.g. for sales steering and marketing budget allocation
  • Build up KPI reports and dashboards to enable data driven decision making and provide marketing managers with campaign analysis
  • Develop the KWS Marketing BI infrastructure together with the global IT team and external partners (e.g. PowerBI, Azure, Google, Social, Salesforce, Qualtrics)
  • Third-party data management and ad-hoc research: Support Management and Business Units with insights based on 3rd party data.
  • Lead and support market research projects including selection and steering of external suppliers.
  • Support the sales team with pricing research (e.g. Conjoint, Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger).
  • Hosting a community of international colleagues to drive analytics and research best practice sharing within KWS

Profil Your Profile:
  • Preferably an academic degree with a major in economy, analytics or comparable
  • Several years of proven professional experience in marketing analytics
  • Experience in data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Azure, Google Analytics and Salesforce
  • Solid background in agronomy and knowledge of agricultural industry is an advantage
  • Experience in agile and waterfall project management
  • Strategic thinker and challenging the status quo
  • A very good command of English (both written and spoken); German or any other fluent language skills are an asset
